A chance is when you have an oppurtunity, like when you have a chance to kill someone with a kitchen knife when they are least expecting it.

Chances exist in all forms and places, mostly in America, though, because you have to have phone signal to be able to get a chance, and most phones don't pick up in foreign countries, unless they "feel like it".

History[]

Times have changed, and the meaning of the word has changed, too, so "chance" originally meant to have a burning cactus in your basement.

However, they wanted to broaden the subject.
