Well, this is pretty much the same thing.
A boner is when a guy gets real hard when he likes a girl. A slang term, of course, something that has little or no meaning to Japanese people. Or maybe it's Chinese. Ah, who knows. I'm always getting those people mixed up and all, so yeah. Makes sense to you, prob, but not to me.
If you're so curious, go and ask your mom what a boner is, and then maybe she'll tell you. Or maybe, instead, she'll ground you for a month and wash your mouth out with soap. Ha, wouldn't that be funny.
