This VERY annoying text you may get when internet explorer is being suckish (again).
This happens a lot whenever you have a poor, stupid wireless internet connection, a currently-not-working DSL/Modem, or perhaps it always happens when you have that stupid Dial-Up problem.

They really have no reason to tell you that your internet cannot display the webpage.

They have a bunch of stupid dumbass reasons to why internet explorer supposedly cannot open your webpage to make them look good, and you know that none of them are the case, they're just trying to cover up their asses.
